Our story
Why we started
Roku's Lighting is homegrown in every sense. My family moved to Naperville from Stowe, Vermont when I was 11, and this town has been home ever since — I came up through District 203 schools, and the streets we serve are the same ones I grew up on.
I started this business because I wanted to build something of my own — and because lighting is one of the few trades where the finished product literally makes people smile. Kids pointing at a roofline in December. Neighbors slowing down on an evening walk. A homeowner flipping on their first scene from the couch. That reaction is the whole point.
Whether it's a seasonal display or a permanent system, every roofline we light is a home we'll drive past again — so it has to be right.
